  • Requires 3/8" return line, mounted near the tank for correct PSI

Description

TSP's 58 PSI fuel filter regulator is a great way to get through your LS engine swap fuel-system setup. This Corvette-style filter has a built-in regulator, with a bypass design running one inlet and two outlets — one to the engine and a return outlet to the tank. This version includes -6 AN fittings for both inlet and outlet attachment.

This is a return-style regulator — it requires a return line back to the fuel tank and is not compatible with returnless fuel system designs. For the regulator to operate at its rated 58 PSI, use a 3/8" return line and mount it as close to the fuel tank as possible.

A paper filter element (5-micron), mounting bracket, and -6 AN inlet/outlet fittings are included. Clamps are not included and should be sourced separately. Commonly used for GM LS-style engine swaps, street performance applications, and custom fuel-system builds.

Q&A

Will this work with a returnless fuel system?
No — this is a return-style fuel pressure regulator and requires a return line back to the fuel tank. It is not designed for returnless fuel systems.

Does this include the AN fittings, or do I need to buy them separately?
Included — this version comes with -6 AN inlet and outlet fittings. Unlike the standard 81095 regulator, you do not need to purchase these fittings separately.

How do I get this to regulate at 58 PSI?
Use a 3/8" return line and mount the regulator as close to the fuel tank as possible. Proper return-line sizing and regulator placement are important for maintaining the rated 58 PSI pressure.

Does this include the filter element and mounting bracket?
Yes — the filter element, mounting bracket, and -6 AN fittings are included.

What's the difference between this and the standard 81095 regulator?
This version includes -6 AN inlet and outlet fittings, while the standard 81095 does not. Both use the same 58 PSI return-style regulation and filter specifications.
