Description

This aluminum and glass inline coolant filter is built to trap debris circulating through the cooling system while giving you a clear view of coolant condition without cutting a hose or draining the system to check. It installs inline using a 1 1/4" (32mm) inlet and outlet, matching common radiator hose sizing on custom and performance cooling setups.

This is a universal-fit filter, not a vehicle-specific part. Fitment depends on matching your existing hose inside diameter to the 1 1/4" (32mm) inlet/outlet — not on make, model, or year. Confirm your hose size before ordering, since inline filters sized for other hose diameters will not seal correctly with this unit.

The stainless steel filter element sits inside an aluminum-and-glass housing, with hose clamps included for installation into a compatible coolant line.

This fitting is designed for the reservoir return (low-pressure) side of the power steering system. It is not intended for high-pressure line connections.

How do I know if my steering box uses O-ring or inverted flare sealing?
Check the port style on your steering box, rack, or pump before ordering. O-ring and inverted-flare connections use different sealing methods and are not interchangeable simply because the thread size appears similar.
