Description

This cylinder head stud kit is manufactured from heat-treated 35 chromoly steel with a minimum tensile strength of 190,000 PSI, designed specifically for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke diesel V8 (365 in³). The 12-point head design supports secure installation and accurate torque readings under the high cylinder pressures typical of diesel applications.

Threads are rolled after heat treatment and finished in black oxide with an oil coating for corrosion resistance. This kit is not compatible with 7.3L, 6.4L, or 6.7L Power Stroke engines, which use different head stud patterns.
