Description
This chrome steel oil filler tube mounts through the intake manifold, adding a finished touch to carbureted Chevrolet V8 engines. It fits Chevrolet big block Gen. I "W-series" V8 (5.7L/348 and 6.7L/409) and small block Gen. I V8 in displacements from 262 through 400 cubic inches.
Because it mounts through the intake manifold rather than the valve cover, this filler tube is compatible only with carbureted intake manifold designs — fuel-injected (EFI/TPI) intake manifolds do not include this mounting provision and are not compatible.
Constructed from chrome-plated steel, the tube adds a polished, show-quality look to the engine bay. The oil fill cap, O-rings, and vacuum fitting are not included and must be sourced separately.
