Description
This chrome steel mounting plate makes installing a mechanical fuel pump easier and gives the mounting area a clean, finished look. It comes complete with a gasket, and mounts between the pump and block using the correct Chevy Small Block Gen. I bolt pattern.
Unlike a block-off plate, which covers the pump opening when no mechanical pump is used, this plate is designed to support an actual mechanical fuel pump installation. Confirm gasket condition, bolt pattern, fastener length, and pump arm clearance before installation.
Applications
Fits Chevrolet Small Block V8 Gen. I engines (262–400 CID), commonly found in Camaro, Corvette, Chevelle, Nova, C/K trucks, and full-size Chevrolet applications running a mechanical fuel pump.
Installation
