Product Details

Features

  • Micro electric pump for carbureted gasoline systems, 35 GPH at 4–7 PSI
  • Gravity-feed design — must be installed within 12" of the fuel tank
  • Includes 40-micron in-line filter and mounting hardware
  • 0.125 in. NPT threaded inlet/outlet, 12V negative-ground system

Description

This micro electric fuel pump is built for carbureted gasoline fuel systems, delivering 35 GPH at 4 to 7 PSI — a higher-flow option than TSP's 28 GPH/2–3.5 PSI micro pump. It's a gravity-feed style pump and must be installed as low as possible and within 12 inches of the fuel tank for proper operation.

The pump runs on a 12V negative-ground electrical system, with 0.125 in. NPT threaded inlet and outlet ports. A 40-micron in-line filter and mounting hardware are included, and internal components are designed for long-term, wear-resistant operation.

Applications
Fits carbureted gasoline fuel systems requiring a compact, low-pressure electric pump with more flow than TSP's 28 GPH micro pump — commonly used as a replacement or auxiliary pump in street and performance carbureted builds.

Installation
This is a gravity-feed pump and must be mounted as low as possible, within 12 inches of the fuel tank, for proper operation. Confirm 12V negative-ground electrical compatibility and 0.125 in. NPT fitting sizing before installation. Mounting hardware and a 40-micron filter are included.

Engine Fitment

COMPATIBLE WITH
UNIVERSAL
• Electric pump — should be installed as low as possible, within 12" of the fuel tank, to support reliable priming.
• Intended for gasoline.

NOTES
• Verify flow rating, pressure range, fuel type, filtration, wiring, and mounting location before installation.
• Use proper fuel hose, clamps, electrical protection, and grounding for the application.
• Not a direct vehicle-specific replacement unless all specifications match the existing fuel system.

COMMON VEHICLE APPLICATIONS
Universal inline fuel delivery for compatible low-pressure carbureted fuel systems
Fuel cell, tank-mounted pickup, or external inline pump installations where specifications match
Small engine, carbureted automotive, and equipment fuel system upgrades using matching pressure, flow, filtration, and wiring requirements

Q&A

Is this an electric or mechanical fuel pump?
This is an electric fuel pump designed for external mounting. It operates on a 12-volt negative-ground electrical system and is not mechanically driven by the engine.

Is this pump for carbureted or EFI systems?
This pump is designed for carbureted fuel systems. Its operating pressure of 4 to 7 PSI is not suitable for EFI applications.

How does this compare to TSP's 28 GPH micro pump?
This pump delivers up to 35 GPH compared to 28 GPH for TSP's smaller micro fuel pump. It also operates at a higher pressure range of 4 to 7 PSI versus 2 to 3.5 PSI, making it better suited for carbureted applications with greater fuel demand.

Where should this pump be installed?
This is a gravity-feed fuel pump and should be mounted as low as possible, within 12 inches of the fuel tank, to ensure reliable fuel delivery and proper pump operation.

Does this include a filter?
Yes. A 40-micron in-line fuel filter is included for installation.

Does this include mounting hardware?
Yes. Mounting hardware is included for installation.

What port size does this pump use?
The inlet and outlet ports feature 1/8-inch NPT threads.

Is this a positive or negative ground system?
This fuel pump is designed for a 12-volt negative-ground electrical system.
