Product Details

Features

  • Corvette-style fuel filter with built-in 58 PSI return regulator
  • Includes -6 AN fittings, additional fittings, and 25' of hose
  • Complete kit for building a full fuel-return line from scratch
  • Not compatible with returnless fuel system designs

Description

TSP's 58 PSI fuel filter regulator is a great way to get through your LS engine swap fuel-system setup. This Corvette-style filter has a built-in regulator, with a bypass design running one inlet and two outlets — one to the engine and a return outlet to the tank. This kit includes -6 AN inlet/outlet fittings, additional fittings, and 25' of hose — everything needed to build a complete return-line fuel system from scratch.

This is a return-style regulator — it requires a return line back to the fuel tank and is not compatible with returnless fuel system designs. Mount the regulator as close to the fuel tank as possible for correct 58 PSI regulation.

A paper filter element (5-micron), mounting bracket, -6 AN fittings, additional fittings, and 25' of hose are all included. Commonly used for GM LS-style engine swaps, street performance applications, and custom fuel-system builds where a complete hose/fitting kit is preferred over sourcing components separately.

Applications
Universal, gasoline only. Commonly used for GM LS-style engine swaps, street performance applications, restoration projects, and custom fuel-system builds needing a complete fuel-line kit.

Regulator Type
Return-style — requires a return line to the fuel tank. Not compatible with returnless fuel system designs.

Q&A

What comes in this kit versus the base regulator or the -6 AN fittings version?
This kit includes everything supplied with the -6 AN fittings version, plus 25 feet of hose and additional fittings. It's designed as a more complete solution for building a return-style fuel system without sourcing the hose separately.

What hose diameter/type is included?
The current specifications do not identify the hose diameter or construction. Confirm the hose size, material, fuel compatibility, and pressure rating with TSP before ordering.

Will this work with a returnless fuel system?
No — this is a return-style regulator and requires a return line back to the fuel tank. It is not designed for returnless fuel systems.

How do I get this to regulate at 58 PSI?
Mount the regulator as close to the fuel tank as possible and follow the specified installation requirements to achieve the rated 58 PSI fuel pressure.

Does this include everything needed for the fuel line, or do I still need to buy hose separately?
The kit includes 25 feet of hose, along with the fittings, filter element, and mounting bracket, so you do not need to purchase the main hose separately. Verify that any application-specific adapters or connections required by your vehicle are included before installation.
