This is a GM Type II (Saginaw TC series) hydraulic power steering pump assembly featuring a black aluminum housing, 14 oz black aluminum reservoir with cap, and a screw-on pulley hub — the most complete black Type II pump assembly in the TSP lineup. Everything needed to build a Type II pump assembly is included except the pulley and mounting hardware, making this the right choice when building a black Type II power steering system from scratch or replacing a complete assembly.

The screw-on pulley hub eliminates the need for a press-fit pulley tool during installation, simplifying pulley installation and removal compared to press-on shaft pump designs.
