This is a black steel double-groove pulley built for GM Saginaw power steering pumps with a 5/8" keyed shaft. The double-groove design lets you run two V-belts off the same pulley, commonly used when an accessory drive needs to power both the power steering pump and an additional accessory, like an alternator or A/C compressor, from a single pump shaft.

This pulley is a common upgrade or replacement when converting from a single-groove setup or replacing a worn double-groove pulley on Saginaw P-series pumps.
