This one-piece polished aluminum timing cover is built to replace a cracked, warped, or leaking factory timing cover on GM LS1/LS6 engines — 5.7L/346 in³, 1997-2004. The one-piece design seals the timing chain area while giving the front of the engine a clean, finished appearance.

This cover includes a built-in oil drain return, simplifying oil return routing on turbocharged LS1/LS6 builds without adding a separate fitting or modification. It also includes a timing cover gasket, crankshaft seal, and mounting hardware, ready for a leak-free installation without sourcing those parts separately. This cover does not include a camshaft position sensor provision, sensor harness, or timing pointer. Confirm timing cover style, balancer clearance, and sensor provisions before installation.
