Description

This billet aluminum valve spring compressor is made for GM LS (Gen III/IV) and LT (Gen V) V8 engines. It compresses valve springs with the cylinder head still on the engine, so you can change springs, retainers, and seals with the heads installed. It works with most single and dual (double) valve spring setups.


Applications
GM Gen III/IV LS V8 engines (4.8L/293, 5.3L/325, 5.7L/346, 6.0L/364, and 6.2L/376 in³) and GM Gen V LT V8 engines (5.3L/325 and 6.2L/376 in³) with factory-style rocker arms. Common uses: valve spring, retainer, and seal replacement; camshaft and valvetrain upgrades; and LS and LT cylinder head service and rebuilds.

Installation
Mounts using the factory rocker arm stud. Verify spring and retainer style and cylinder head generation before use.
