Description

Replace your Ford 351W truck or van's factory EFI distributor with this TSP Hall-effect distributor, built for computer-controlled ignition systems on 1990–1996 Bronco, E-150/E-250/E-350, F-150/F-250, and 1990–1997 F-350 applications. Because timing is managed by the vehicle's computer, this distributor is matched to the factory-style advance curve rather than a mechanical or vacuum advance mechanism.

This distributor is built specifically for computer-controlled 5.8L/351W truck and van applications and is not designed for carbureted or car applications. The housing is aluminum with a steel drive gear best matched to cast iron hydraulic or solid flat-tappet camshafts, and rotation is counterclockwise. Requires a coil and ignition module matched to the vehicle's factory computer-controlled system, along with a 12-volt electrical system with an alternator.
