Description
This complete electric fuel pump and filter kit combines a high-flow 044-style external electric fuel pump with a billet aluminum 40-micron fuel filter, both mounted on a single billet bracket for a clean, simplified installation. It's built for gasoline EFI applications requiring dependable, high-volume fuel delivery.
The pump delivers up to 320 LPH (85 GPH) at up to 90 PSI, suited for upgraded EFI fuel systems demanding consistent flow. The included 40-micron filter captures contaminants while maintaining excellent flow with minimal pressure drop, and can be configured as either a pre-filter or post-filter depending on your fuel system layout. TSP also recommends a separate 100-micron pre-filter upstream of the pump for additional protection — this is in addition to, not a replacement for, the included 40-micron filter.
Fittings and electrical hardware are included. This kit is intended for gasoline EFI applications and is not a direct factory replacement unless your fuel system specifications match.

Installation
Mount the pump and filter assembly away from excessive heat and debris using the included billet bracket. TSP recommends an additional 100-micron pre-filter upstream of the pump (not included) for extra protection against larger contaminants. Verify fuel pressure requirements, regulator selection, wiring capacity, hose size, and fitting compatibility before installation.
