Ford's small block Windsor V8 family, produced from 1962 through 1985, uses a timing-cover-entry dipstick design matched by this chrome dipstick. It covers 4.2L (255 in³), 4.3L (260 in³), 4.7L (289 in³), 5.0L (302 in³), and 5.8L (351 in³, "351W") displacements.
The dipstick uses a 20-1/4 inch tube that enters at the timing cover, and is a fixed, non-locking design.
