Description
Chrysler's small block "LA" V8, produced from 1964 through 1991, uses a dipstick configuration matched by this chrome steel dipstick, covering 4.5L (273 in³), 5.2L (318 in³), 5.6L (340 in³), and 5.9L (360 in³) displacements. This is a pre-Magnum application; the later Magnum-series engines use a different configuration.
The dipstick uses a 21 inch tube that enters at the engine block, and is a fixed, non-locking design.
