Description

Chevy small block engines built between 1980 and 1985 use a dipstick configuration matched by this braided stainless steel dipstick, fitting Chevrolet small block V8 Gen. I engines in 5.0L (305 in³) and 5.7L (350 in³) displacements.

The dipstick enters at the engine block and is designed with header clearance in mind, which matters on builds using long-tube headers where access to the stock dipstick location can be limited.

The dipstick measures 16-3/4 inches and uses a flexible braided stainless steel tube. It is a fixed, non-locking design.

It's commonly used in Camaro, Corvette, Malibu, and Monte Carlo (305/350, 1980-1985); C/K-series trucks, Suburban, and Blazer (1980-1985); and Pontiac Firebird (305/350, 1980-1985).
