Description
Chevy big block engines built between 1965 and 1995 use a dipstick configuration matched by this braided stainless steel dipstick, fitting Chevrolet big block V8 Gen. II (Mark IV) engines in 366, 396, 402, 427, and 454 cubic-inch displacements, as well as the Gen V big block 454.
The dipstick enters at the engine block and is designed with header clearance in mind, which matters on builds using long-tube headers where access to the stock dipstick location can be limited.

It's commonly used in Camaro, Chevelle, Nova, and Corvette; Impala, Caprice, and Bel Air; El Camino; C/K-series trucks, Suburban, and Blazer; GMC C/K-series and Jimmy; and Pontiac GTO, Firebird, and Trans Am.
Featuring a chrome-finished aluminum handle, the dipstick adds a polished, show-quality appearance to Chevy big block engine bays.
