Returns & Warranty



Any shortages on shipment must be reported to TSP, within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If TSP, is at fault, the claimed items will be re-shipped to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the Bill of Lading and or Packing slip against actual number of cartons received. Credit will not be issued to a customer for carton shortages if the Bill of Lading/Packing Slip have been signed for with the correct number of cartons being shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to take time and verify the number of cartons they receive on the Bill of Lading before signing freight document. Customers are not allowed to take any deduction on an original invoice when remitting payments to TSP If there are any corrections to an invoice, TSP will issue a credit memo to customer.


We value our customer's satisfaction. All items returned require an RMA (return merchandise authorization number). A return authorization request form must be filled out completely with original invoice numbers and explanation clearly detailed on form prior to returning to TSP Incomplete forms will not be processed due to lack of information to expedite approval. TSP will only accept returns on merchandise within 90 days of purchase date. The following must accompany any return merchandise; a copy of original invoice, RMA and packing slip. Any return/s sent without an authorized RMA will not receive credit or replacement of defective items. Packages received must be clearly marked with the RMA on the exterior of the box. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No cash, credit card or check refunds will be issued; credit toward merchandise only. Orders placed by a customer and refuse of delivery will be subject to restocking fee and penalty fee in addition to return shipping charges. Return’s will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt and will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note: We do not cover shipping costs on returns or exchanges. It takes 2-10 business days for your refund to be posted, depending on your credit card or bank. We will send you an email confirming the return or exchange has been processed.


Sale Item and other said discounted items are final sales and therefore are not eligible for return or replacement. Any of these items are NOT returnable

Limited Warranty


All Top Street Performance products are sold with a one (1) year warranty and expire one (1) calendar year from date of sale.* Top Street Performance will replace any product that is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. If replacement product is not available at time of warranty claim, Top Street Performance will issue store credit for the original purchase price. Transportation charges for replacement parts or products will be covered by Top Street Performance (within the United States only). Transportation charges for initial return of alleged defective product to Top Street Performance will not be covered. Claims will be approved only after product has been inspected and deemed defective by Top Street Performance.


This warranty covers product relative to defective material and/or workmanship only. Top Street Performance is not responsible for labor charges, lost profits, injury to person(s), damage to property, towing charges, storage charges, substitute transportation, or lodging. Top Street Performance will not approve claims caused by problems resulting from non TSP parts, improper installation (including installation in application(s) for which product was not designed), lack of required routine maintenance, improper storage of product, incidental damage, or an act of God. If item is found to be damaged out of the box, Top Street Performance is to be notified immediately. Any claims caused by the installation of an item known to be damaged will not be covered.

If it is the intent of the buyer to inventory Top Street Performance product(s) to resell at a later date, said buyer must inform salesperson at time of purchase. For product placed in customer’s inventory, warranty will begin at point of sale to end user (dated proof of sale required) and expire one (1) calendar year from that date.
